The Faces Behind Lowcountry Taps
Lowcountry Taps is a labor of love for Peter and Sara, a husband-and-wife team with a unique story. Peter is a former firefighter who spent his off days restoring classic cars, and Sara is a mixologist and mother to their four children.
When their family was relocated to a crew on Hilton Head Island, they started growing their mobile bar business. Peter built their first mobile beer truck “Big Blue” in 2021 to much fanfare!
